Who can receive rewards
- Hold 10,000+ $MEMEPRES in the wallet linked to your candidate.
- Snapshot at polls close. Balances are checked once, when voting ends. Holding beforehand doesn't count if the balance drops below the minimum at the snapshot.
- Campaign post pinned on X. Your campaign post must be pinned to your X profile until polls close, or your votes won't count.
- Ineligible winner? Their share passes to the next-ranked eligible creator.
- Entering and voting stay free. Anyone can run and vote. The holding rule only decides who can be paid.
- Public address only. We never connect to your wallet and never ask for seed phrases or private keys.

We the memers, in order to form a funnier union, establish these rules for every election.
Article I · Original work
Submit only content you made or have permission to use. Stolen art is disqualified.
Article II · No impersonation
Candidates must be fictional and clearly parody. No real politicians or real people, no fake endorsements, and no false election information.
Article III · How votes are counted
Total votes = per view, per like and per repost on the creator's pinned X campaign post, plus per debate win on this site. The audit team counts X engagement once after polls close, publishes the numbers, and announces the winner within 24 hours. Votes are never sold.
Article IV · Anti-bot controls
Debate votes are rate-limited per voter per day and duplicate entries are rejected. Bought views, likes or reposts, bot accounts and engagement pods are removed, and may disqualify the candidate. Suspicious patterns are reviewed before results are final.
Article V · Moderation
Harassment, threats, hateful content, doxxing and misleading claims are removed.
Article VI · Transparent decisions
Judging criteria, tie-break rules and disqualification steps are published. Creators can appeal a decision within 7 days of results.
Article VII · Privacy
We only collect what is needed to run the contest. Wallet connection, if offered, is only used to send rewards. We never ask for seed phrases or private keys.
Article VIII · Not a real election
MEMEPRES is satirical entertainment. It is not a political endorsement, a real election, or a prediction market.
Article IX · Reward eligibility
Only creators whose linked wallet holds 10,000+ $MEMEPRES at the polls-close snapshot can receive rewards. An ineligible winner's share passes to the next eligible creator. Entering and voting stay free.
Article X · Pin your campaign
Creators must post their campaign on X and keep it pinned to their profile until polls close. Votes for a candidate whose campaign post isn't pinned at review are not counted.
Amendments are numbered and dated here whenever a rule changes.
